Hello,
As you can see, I leaving my current "pure IT" job
inside Telefonica I+D. If you know of any interesting
job offer (mathematical finance, financial IT, non
commutative geometry, particle physics,
or even the
relationship between photosynthesis and origin of life...)
around in Europe, please write me at
rivero@sol.unizar.es
You can download the LaTeX source of my
resume, or directly a Postscript version.
A htmlized dvi2tty dump of it follows in this page.

Scientific Publications
In collaboration with local and european groups, I have made five peer-reviewed
research publications, in the fields of discretized lattice calculus, and of
mathematical physics in general.
Scientific Courses and Meetings
I have attended to some postgraduate mathematical schools,
- Karpacz 1992, "Geometry of Infinite-dimensional spaces"
- GIFT XIII (also NATO AS), "Integrable Systems...", 1992.
- EIFT I, "Renormalizacion: Teoria y Practica", 1993.
- Les Houches 1995 (also NATO AS), "Quantum Symmetries"
- EMS 1997, "Non Commutative Geometry and applications", Lisboa.
as well as to the main international meetings of the field, then stablishing a
strong network of contacts.
Generic
The department I have mainly worked for, theoretical physics, has a very flat
organization and most tasks are done in cooperative groups, which drives oneself
to develop a good training for teamworking.
Last year I have begun the study of modern financial calculus, following the
standard texts (Hull, Wilmott, ), as well as the proposals coming from physics
fields (Feigenbaum Numerix, or Bouchaud Science et Finance).
