"Entanglement entropy in quasifree fermion models"
Zoltán Zimborás
Entanglement entropy has in the previous years become a basic tool for studying strongly correlated systems. This talk aims at giving a summary of these investigations concentrating on quasifree fermionic models. We will go through both the available results and the used numerical and mathematical tools. Particular attention will be paid to the so-called Fisher-Hartwig techniques that allows analytical calculations. Finally, at the end of the talk, we will list some of the still remaining open problems in this field.
